Welcome to Noble Desert Safari Dubai.
By booking a desert safari or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using any of our services.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
To confirm your reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Bank transfers
  

All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a booking is confirmed, the quoted rate will not be affected.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the trip date: Eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip: May result in a partial or no refund.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: Non-refundable.
  

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days through the original mode of payment.

Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Noble Desert Safari Dubai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
  

In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date.

Safety and Responsibility

Your safety is our highest priority.

However, desert safari activities involve inherent risks such as off-road driving, dune bashing, and outdoor conditions.
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers at all times.

Noble Desert Safari Dubai shall not be held responsible for:

• Injuries, loss, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
  
• Negligence, recklessness, or medical conditions unknown to us
  

Guests with heart conditions, back problems, pregnancy, or medical concerns are strongly advised to consult a doctor before participating.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your trip.
Guests are advised to limit valuable items and keep essential belongings secure at all times.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos — is the exclusive property of Noble Desert Safari Dubai.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from Noble Desert Safari Dubai.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
