General Refund Terms
Service Charges & Taxes are non-refundable in all cases.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or for any part of a package, including accommodation, meals, tickets, or other utilized services.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
Certain bookings such as coupon tickets, events, attractions, or specific accommodations marked as non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Non-Group Bookings Cancellation Policy For individual bookings (less than 4 passengers)
Canceling a booking with Noble Desert Safari Dubai will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Additional fees may be charged by the respective service provider or tour operator (refer to the details provided on your booking voucher).
Cancellation fees will be clearly communicated via email upon processing your request.
Time-Bound Cancellation Conditions
If you have purchased an event, attraction, or coupon ticket, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
Some hotel or accommodation bookings may also be non-refundable, as specified in the booking voucher.
96+ hours before scheduled departure:Â No cancellation fee.
72–95 hours before scheduled departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure:Â 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the transaction date.
